Videomiracles is an excellent album, with a beautiful mix of samples that almost instantly immerse you in a dreamlike and space world dominated by synthetic rawness. It's a very well crafted and produced electronic album, with many layers to explore. I could listen to it several times and still get more out of it.

For a moment I thought I was listening to something similar to Sewerslvt, especially because of the way the samples are treated. Still, this is definitely not a breakcore album. It's experimental electronic music, the good kind. I think anyone who is used to listening to IDM or a more elaborate kind of techno will be able to enjoy it.

I also couldn't put one track above another, since the whole album is quite consistent. Even so, I think it was a good choice to have Unauthorized Reproduction open the album. It immediately catches your attention and prepares you perfectly for what is about to come in less than two minutes. I loved it. The last track on the album, Through The Tracking, is another one I really liked. It has a very pleasant and comforting texture, and it works perfectly as a closing track, letting you slowly come back down to earth.

One thing that caught my attention is that the album came out in 2017, but it sounded very current to me. When I pressed play I hadn't looked at the release date yet, and I have to say it surprised me in a good way.

I tried to do my first listen while working and programming, but at least for me that was difficult. I kept getting hypnotized by the sound all the time. This is an album with a very strong presence, probably better suited for listening while whatever you're doing stays in the background, or while limiting yourself to very familiar tasks, like sweeping the floor or watering plants. Better yet, find a comfortable place, prepare yourself a cold drink, and let the music slowly carry you into the depths of your couch cushions. Future listens will probably be more relaxed, because I will definitely be coming back to this one.
