This track seems to have been submitted in the weird/experimental section by mistake; it's a folk-rock song. So I was a bit caught off-guard. Acoustic guitar and male vocals, with quite a few effects on the guitar, which can be heard more clearly at the end, after the singing stops.

The vocals are composed of multiple layered takes, giving a thickness and richness to the sound. The form is verse/verse/verse/chorus/chorus/chorus. In the chorus two vocal parts overlap, both are multilayered. The guitar chords are major and minor triads, nothing fancy, which works well for the song and the progression has a lot of motion (chords change quickly) which keeps it interesting.

Stylistically I'd call it indie-folk-rock, and it would fit in with what a lot of people were doing starting in the late 90s through the 2010s or so. That's not to say it sounds dated, but does make the choice of "experimental/weird" odd. A slip of the mouse, I suppose.

"But is it good" I hear you asking. Yes, it's quite good. I could imagine chancing across a CD of a band I'd heard good things about but had overlooked, putting it on and hearing this, and now getting why they were popular. I'd happily listen to a full album in this style. The songwriting, singing, guitar playing and production all work well together to create an interesting mood.
