Terms and conditions
In this document, "Users" refers to anyone who has signed up to _nsigned, and "The site" refers to _nsigned and its owners.
By using this site you agree to the following:
- Users must be respectful to all other users anywhere on the site, and in any third party channels relating to the site.
- Users must not claim anyone else's works as their own.
- Users retain ownership over anything they have written on the platform, and may duplicate it on any blog or forum as they choose.
- Users must only submit works for review that are freely available for reviewers to listen. This does not mean that the release must be free to download, but the entire release must be available to stream for free.
- Users must not act in any way that is harmful to any group of people, including but not limited to acts of racism, sexism/misogyny, homophobia, biphobia, transphobia (including gender criticism and trans-exclusionary radical feminism), ablism, antisemitism, islamophobia, religious discrimination, and xenophobia.
- Users must not engage in culture wars while using the platform.
- Users must accept that although a wide range of viewpoints are tolerated, the platform as no obligation to be politically neutral. As such, promotion of far-right groups, hate groups, or genocide, including but not limited to MAGA, Reform, and the Israeli Defense Force, is strictly prohibited.
- Users must not post any content produced by generative AI, with the sole exception of tools such as translators, spell-checkers, assisted writing tools, etc.
- Users must not post any pornographic content.
- Users must not post any content that portrays or encourages physical harm to themselves, others, or animals.
- Users must not use the site to break laws of their country, UK law, or international law.
- Users must not threaten other users, even if it is intended as a joke.
- Users must not bully or coerce other users.
- Users must neither solicit nor offer payment for positive reviews.
- Users must not use the platform or any related third party channel to share their own or others' personal information including but not limited to email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, bank details, etc.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- The site may remove user accounts or content from the platform for any reason at any time without warning or reason.
- The site maintain the rights to display, store, distribute, and moderate any content posted to the platform.
- The site will hold personal information such as email addresses in accordance with GDPR and entirely for functional purposes such as logging in.
- The site does not accept responsibility for the contents of any links posted by users.
- The site makes no guarantee of site stability, uptime, or fitness of purpose, and may remove the site entirely at any moment without warning.
- The site itself including its codebase, branding, and design is the intellectual property to Thomas Marchant.
- The terms of the site may change at any moment.
Failure to adhere to these terms may result in content being deleted, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban.
